TV6 Live Stream

TV6 is where Lithuanian television goes after dark. The channel is the TV3 Group's screen for young and active viewers - the one that runs action, science fiction and adult animation while the flagship carries the family grid.

It was not always called that. The channel launched on 31 March 2002 as Tango TV and became TV6 in 2008, part of the Viasat broadcasting family and now owned by Providence Equity Partners through UAB All Media Lithuania. Its sisters are TV3, TV8 and TV3 Plus.

The grid is genre television, unapologetically: action and sci-fi series in blocks, animated comedies for adults in the evening - the slot that made the channel's name - and action and horror films at night and on weekends. The sports desk has held major rights, including the UEFA Champions League.

It is, in short, the channel for the viewer who finds the flagship too safe - sharper, louder, and aimed squarely at the young.
