Assadissa Live Stream

Assadissa, meaning “The Sixth,” is a Moroccan public television channel devoted to religious affairs. It belongs to the state-owned SNRT Group and began broadcasting on November 2, 2005. Its founding director was Dr. Abdelmajid Tribak, who led the channel until 2009. Assadissa’s focus is Islamic religious content rather than general entertainment or news.

Quran and religious programming

The channel’s schedule includes Quran recitations, religious services, religious education, debates and documentaries. These formats explain its distinct role within the national broadcaster’s portfolio. Assadissa is one of several SNRT services, alongside Al Aoula, Arryadia, Athaqafia, Al Maghribia, Aflam TV, Tamazight TV and Laayoune TV. The channel is known in Arabic as قناة السادسة and is also called the King Mohammed VI Quran Channel.

Broadcasting around the clock

Since Ramadan 2022, Assadissa has broadcast 24 hours a day throughout the year. Its schedule is therefore built to provide religious material at different times, including recitation and educational content. The phrase Assadissa live TV is used for viewers seeking the channel online; Assadissa is part of SNRT’s television services. For audiences looking for Moroccan online television centered on faith, the channel’s remit and continuous schedule set it apart from general-interest stations.
