Lira TV is a local television broadcaster based in Salerno, in Italy’s Campania region. Its programming brings together news from the province, sport, politics, culture and entertainment. The channel’s schedule reflects the concerns and interests of its local audience, with daily reporting alongside focused programmes about Salerno and its communities.

News from Salerno and Campania

Buongiorno Lira opens the day with a review of important news from Salerno. The newsroom also produces LiraTG Cronaca, its programme for local news, and LiraTG Sport for coverage of sporting events. Together, these formats keep the channel closely connected to current developments in the province and the wider region.

Sport and the Salernitana

Football is a prominent part of Lira TV’s regional coverage. Goal su Goal follows the latest news about U.S. Salernitana 1919, while Salerno nel Pallone is a talk show devoted to the club. Francesca De Simone leads the programme, which also includes a lighter review by Ivano Montano. Stadio Studio adds interviews, stadium reports and discussion before and after matches.

Programmes across local life

Lira TV’s current programme catalogue extends beyond daily news and football. Quotidiano Medicina focuses on health, while other listed productions cover finance, food, culture and events. The channel also follows major gatherings in Salerno, including the Giffoni Film Festival and the European Universities Games. This range connects local reporting with the cultural and civic life of Campania.

A regional voice with varied coverage

From city affairs and community stories to sport and entertainment, Lira TV gives local subjects a regular place in its programming. Its news editions are produced by the channel’s own editorial team, while its talk and magazine formats bring particular topics into greater focus. The result is a distinctly Salerno based perspective on the people, events and debates shaping everyday life across the region.
