RTVS :24 online - Television live

RTVS :24 Live Stream

:24 is the 24-hour news channel of Slovakia's public broadcaster - launched by RTVS and carried since 2024 under the new STVR brand, after parliament's controversial law dissolved and rebuilt the institution that runs it.

Slovakia's Newsroom Channel

The grid is rolling public-service news: Správy bulletins every hour, live press conferences, parliamentary sessions and election nights, plus debate formats with the country's politicians and analysts. When Slovakia argues with itself - which is often - :24 is where the argument is televised, unedited and in full, from the first coffee to the last midnight wrap-up.

Born in a Storm

The channel survived the most turbulent moment in Slovak public media: the 2024 replacement of RTVS by STVR, a reform critics called a political takeover and the government called modernization. Journalists walked out, editors were replaced, and the news channel kept broadcasting through it all, hour after hour.

The Hour, Every Hour

The channel runs around the clock, so anyone who wants to watch :24 online gets the same signal carried on terrestrial TV across Slovakia. An RTVS :24 live evening is the top-of-the-hour bulletin, the debate nobody walked out of and the parliamentary session that ran long - public television doing the one thing it exists to do: showing the country itself, live and without pause.
