GTC News Live Stream

GTC News is an Indian Punjabi-language television news channel built around a 24×7 live news format. Its coverage is anchored in Punjab and extends to the wider northern region — Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Delhi and Chandigarh — together with major international stories.

Punjab at the centre

The channel's rundowns track Punjab politics and governance in detail: the state government's decisions under Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, the contest between the Aam Aadmi Party, Congress, the BJP and the Shiromani Akali Dal, law-and-order reporting from the Punjab Police beat, weather updates and news significant for the state's Sikh community. During election cycles, the channel follows the campaigns, constituencies and results across Punjab.

Debates and current-affairs programming

Alongside rolling bulletins and breaking coverage, GTC News produces debate programmes and discussions on current affairs, as well as special informative series designed to keep viewers informed on public issues. Regional reporting from Punjab's cities and villages is paired with national and world headlines relevant to the northern Indian audience.
