LRT Radijas Live Stream

LRT Radijas is the flagship national radio channel of LRT — Lithuanian National Radio and Television, the country's public service broadcaster. It carries news, current affairs, talk and cultural programming in Lithuanian, and its broadcast is also distributed as a live video stream, bringing the radio studio to screen.

The voice of Lithuania's public broadcaster

LRT has provided regular radio services since 1926 and television broadcasts since 1957, and it has been a member of the European Broadcasting Union since 1993. Within that structure, LRT Radijas is the original service — the national radio channel around which the broadcaster's news operation was built. Its schedule mixes news bulletins, interviews and analysis with cultural features and public-affairs discussion.

Radio you can watch

The live video simulcast of LRT Radijas lets audiences follow the broadcast visually: studio discussions, press conferences and public events appear on screen as they go out on air. This visual-radio format has become a standard part of how European public broadcasters distribute speech radio online.

Funded as a public service and headquartered in Vilnius, LRT Radijas remains one of the main sources of trusted daily information in Lithuania, serving listeners at home and the Lithuanian-speaking diaspora abroad.
