News Tamil 24x7 is a Tamil-language news channel broadcasting around the clock from Tamil Nadu for Tamil-speaking viewers. The channel covers the state's politics, crime, weather and daily life, from the corridors of the state secretariat to district courts and city streets.

Tamil Nadu Politics

Political coverage follows the state's major parties — the ruling DMK, the opposition AIADMK and newer formations such as Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam — with regular reports from the legislative assembly, cabinet decisions and the campaigns of the chief minister and party leaders. Arrests, resignations and public statements of prominent figures receive continuous attention.

Crime and Investigations

The channel maintains rolling coverage of breaking incidents across the state: missing-person investigations, prisoner escapes, and police actions from Gingee to Theni. Court proceedings, anti-corruption operations and traffic accidents across the districts feature in the daily news flow.

Weather and Civic Life

Weather emergencies — cyclone alerts on the eastern coast, heavy rain and rising sea levels in Chennai and Ennore — are tracked live, alongside civic issues in the state capital and its districts, from waterlogging to municipal decisions.
