Al Rayyan Channel Live Stream

Al Rayyan TV is a general television channel operating under Al-Rayyan Media and Marketing in Qatar. Its schedule mixes news, sport and entertainment with programming that reflects Qatari and Gulf life.

Viewers follow Al Rayyan for Qatari news, magazine programmes and entertainment formats, together with its coverage of local events and development. The channel began its official broadcast on 18 May 2012.

Vision 2030 on Screen

Al Rayyan is the television arm of Al Rayyan Media and Marketing, a Qatari production house that has created films and programmes for the country's National Day celebrations. The channel's editorial strategy follows Qatar's National Vision 2030, built on three functions - development, awareness and entertainment - translated into a programme mix aimed at Qatari society.

As a variety channel, Al Rayyan addresses the Qatari public as its primary audience: content that promotes national identity and heritage, supports social communication, and encourages competition and creative thinking among the country's youth, in a blend of usefulness and entertainment. A sister radio service, Voice of Al Rayyan, carries the same family identity. The channel is directed by Nasser bin Salmeen, who presents each new programme season as a step in bringing the screen closer to Qatari daily life.
