Europe's News, In Russian

Euronews was created in 1993 by a consortium of European public broadcasters. The Russian service's grid runs on continuous news editions, current-affairs programs and documentaries covering world and European events, produced in Lyon and translated for the channel's many language services.

The channel's journalism follows the European and international agenda - the politics of the EU, the post-Soviet region and the global stories - with the perspective of a pan-European broadcaster.
