Seym TV Live Stream

Seym TV (Телеканал Сейм) is the regional television channel of the Kursk region in Russia. It became the mandatory public access channel of the region and began broadcasting on its own on-air frequencies on 1 February 2017.

The channel belongs to Seym, the Kursk regional television and radio company, and serves the region's households as their main local screen.

The Kursk Region Own Production

The channel's grid is built around its main news programme, covering the social, political, economic and cultural life of the Kursk region, alongside children's, cultural, educational, music and entertainment programmes of its own production - a public-access channel serving the region's households.

The 21st Button Across the Region

The Seym channel is the Kursk regional television company, available on the 21st button in all cable operators' packages of the region and on IP TV. The mandatory-access status guarantees the channel its place in every cable package - the position Russian broadcasting reserves for the main regional voice - and the company keeps its radio service on air alongside the television signal.
