Savane TV Live Stream

Savane TV is a general-interest television channel from Burkina Faso operated by Savane Médias, a Burkinabè media group that combines television with radio broadcasting. The channel serves audiences in French and in Mooré, the most widely spoken language of the country, and reaches viewers through a live stream as well as an active online video presence.

News in French and Mooré

The channel's flagship output is its evening news: the journal de 19h45 is produced in Mooré, bringing the day's national and regional news to Mooré-speaking households across Burkina Faso. News bulletins, current affairs and debate fill much of the schedule, with the morning programme 100 Minutes pour comprendre (“100 minutes to understand”) airing from 08:00 to 10:00 and combining interviews, explanation and discussion of public affairs.

Part of Savane Médias

Savane TV is the television arm of Savane Médias, a media house that also operates radio services in Burkina Faso, including Boromo FM, whose programme launch was covered by the channel. This television-plus-radio structure allows the group to address audiences in both French and the country's national languages, reflecting the multilingual character of the Burkinabè media landscape.
