RTG TV Live Stream

Most travel channels show you the world. RTG TV shows you one country - the largest one on earth. The Russian Travel Guide is a channel devoted entirely to Russia: its nature, its culture, its history and its people.

The channel went on air on 1 May 2009 with an unusual rule: everything on it is made by its own team. The production company RTG CORP films the country itself - the volcanoes of Kamchatka, the nature of the Commander Islands, the Faberge museum, a dinner of venison and mushrooms, a yacht journey across the Pacific - and nothing on the channel is bought in.

The grid is a documentary tour of Russia: nature and travel films, programs on culture and traditions, scientific and sporting features and stories of the country's regions, produced in-house and broadcast in Russian, English and Turkish.

With no advertising on air except promos of its own programs, the channel reaches millions of subscribers across Russia and viewers around the world - a window on the largest country, made by the people who film it.
