OAN Plus is the companion channel of One America News Network, the American news and political commentary service founded by Robert Herring Sr. and owned by Herring Networks. The main network launched on 4 July 2013, is based in San Diego, California, and keeps bureaus in Washington and New York.

The company said in 2019 that OAN was available in thirty-five million homes and that its audience ranged from 150,000 to 500,000, although Nielsen Media Research estimated viewership at about 14,000 that year. By July 2022 the network reached only the few hundred thousand people subscribing to smaller cable providers, after DirecTV stopped carrying it.

Robert Herring Sr. testified in court in 2019 that the network had been created at the urging of executives at AT&T, whose subsidiary DirecTV had supplied up to ninety per cent of its revenue. The channel's prime-time talk shows take a conservative position, it has described itself as one of the greatest supporters of Donald Trump, and it is known for promoting falsehoods and conspiracy theories.
