Polsat News 2 is a Polish news and publicistics channel from Telewizja Polsat, launched on 9 June 2014 at ten in the morning as the replacement for Polsat Biznes. Until 31 July 2014 it was known as Polsat News+, and the plus sign was set in the same style as the logo of the Plus mobile network, which shares the same owner.

The channel was created as a complement to the main Polsat News service, with room for deeper commentary on the stories of the day.

Original Programming

In its first years the station carried its own programmes on domestic and foreign events, politics, economics and culture. Its flagship publicistics programme was To byl dzien na swiecie, and the schedule also included titles inherited from Polsat Biznes such as Zoom na gielde, Biznes Informacje and Nie daj sie fiskusowi.

New formats followed, among them Prawy do Lewego, Lewy do Prawego, Rozmowa polityczna, Wysokie C, Pociag do polityki, Fajka pokoju and Naczelni.

Change of Format

In June 2018 the channel stopped producing and broadcasting its own programmes and became a repeat service for the group. It now shows editions of Wydarzenia, Dzien na swiecie, Czysta Polska, Panstwo w panstwie, Debata polityczna, Studio parlament, Z klimatem i z pasja and #JestesmyDlaDzieci.

Its audience share in 2023 was 0.11 per cent in the 4+ group, and the channel has been available in HD since 16 April 2024. It is distributed by satellite and cable operators and streamed through the Polsat platform.
