Lahore News HD is a Pakistani regional news channel focused on the city of Lahore and the province of Punjab. It operates within Dunya Media Group, the organisation behind Dunya News and the Urdu daily Roznama Dunya, and describes itself as the group's official Lahore service.

Where the parent channel works a national agenda, Lahore News concentrates on the city: its administration, its districts, its institutions and its cultural life.

City and Provincial Coverage

The newsroom follows the Punjab government and the Lahore administration, reporting on budgets, development schemes, transport and municipal services. Provincial politics receives close attention, with coverage of the assembly, the chief minister's office and the parties active in the province.

Crime, the courts and security incidents in the city are reported through the day, and the channel carries press conferences and official statements as they are given.

Business, Culture and Entertainment

Business reporting covers commerce and industry in Lahore and the wider Punjab, from the wholesale markets of the old city to the technology and services sectors. Entertainment and culture have their own sections, following music, film, theatre and the city's festivals, and technology news is carried alongside them.

Distribution

The channel distributes its signal by cable and satellite in Pakistan and streams online through its own website, with a large video archive on YouTube. Its feed is delivered through the same content network that carries Dunya News.
