TV Metrópole Live Stream

TV Metrópole is Fortaleza's own local channel 16 - the television of Ceará's great capital, broadcasting the daily life of Brazil's fifth-largest city to the whole sprawling metro region.

Fortaleza's Own Screen

The grid is Ceará first: local news from the metro region through the day, community programming from the neighborhoods, the church services on Sundays, talk shows with local presenters and the music of the Northeast - forró and the sertanejo sounds that fill Fortaleza's nights and weekends. Football belongs here too, in a city that divides itself fiercely between Ceará and Fortaleza EC every single weekend of the season.

The Northeast's Voice

Ceará's capital is a media market of several million people, and TV Metrópole holds the local corner of it: television made in the city, for the city, against the constant pull of São Paulo's giant national networks - local accents, local stories, local pride.

Channel 16 Around the Clock

The channel runs its grid day and night without pause, so anyone who wants to watch TV Metrópole online keeps the city close from anywhere in Brazil or beyond. A Metrópole live evening is the local bulletin, the talk show, the music program and the heated football debate in one sitting - Fortaleza's own television, made in the Northeast for the Northeast, day in and day out, all year round.
