Planeta channel Live Stream

Planeta Channel is a television project associated with Ecuador’s Grupo Infantojuvenil de Comunicación. Its distinctive idea is to involve children and young people from different educational institutions in making media. The project introduces young participants to communication through television and radio, giving them opportunities to develop content and present subjects that matter to their communities.

Media made with young people

The channel’s described content areas include news, documentaries, interviews, cooking, sports and cultural topics. These genres create a varied platform for stories and ideas, while the youth-led approach places students closer to the process of researching, producing and communicating information. The initiative has been presented as an educational media project rather than a conventional commercial station with a fixed entertainment lineup.

Learning through television

Planeta Channel’s concept connects media practice with school and community life. Young contributors can explore issues, ask questions and share perspectives through different formats. A verified current programme list was not available in the reviewed sources, so specific show titles and presenters are not included here. The broad categories above reflect the channel profile’s description of its coverage.
