TCTKids Live Stream

TCT Kids is the children's channel of TCT - Total Christian Television, the national religious network that began as a single Cincinnati station in 1977. Designed for young viewers and built to meet the educational requirements of children's television, it mixes animated and live-action series with the values-based programming the network was built on, and its channel also streams live online.

Where the main TCT schedule carries televangelism, talk shows, Southern gospel music and Christian-themed films, the kids' channel is where the network's youngest audience gets its own screen - a Christian alternative in the part of the dial where parents pay the closest attention.

Shows for Young Viewers

The programming lineup is built on colorful, character-driven series: Capt'n Chuckleberry, the network's long-running children's franchise; Super Simple Science Stuff, which turns basic science into Saturday-morning entertainment; and Cowboy Dan, the western-flavored series for the youngest end of the audience - alongside animated programs, music and the educational content that keeps the channel's E/I commitments honest. The whole schedule is constructed around the idea that children's television can teach and entertain at the same time, which was the point of the format when educational programming rules were written and remains the point of the channel now.

The Network Behind the Channel

TCT was founded in 1977 by Garth and Tina Coonce as Tri-State Christian Television - a single station serving the Cincinnati tri-state area - and grew for three decades into one of the country's larger independent religious networks, carrying TBN programming from the mid-1980s until 2007 and then rebranding as Total Christian Television. Today the network maintains a close relationship with the Christian Broadcasting Network, airing The 700 Club twice daily, and operates an international service, TCT World, that reaches more than 170 countries alongside a national feed carried on stations from coast to coast.

One National Feed

In 2018, TCT consolidated its owned-and-operated stations - the flagship WTCT in Marion, Illinois and a chain of outlets from California to New York - into a single national feed, ending local operations after the FCC lifted its main-studio rule. The streaming era completed the transformation: the network's watch platform carries the main channel, TCT Kids and the international services to any screen, so the Cincinnati station that started it all in 1977 now reaches young viewers anywhere their parents hand them a phone - with the same shows, the same values and a considerably bigger footprint.
