Nessma Sport is a Tunisian sports service carrying football coverage, match highlights, analysis and studio discussion, published under the Nessma brand.

Football in Tunisia

Football is the country's main sport, and its league is one of the strongest in Africa: Espérance de Tunis, Étoile Sportive du Sahel, Club Africain and CS Sfaxien have all reached continental finals. A Tunisian sports channel covers those clubs' domestic and African campaigns as its central subject, along with the national team.

Match coverage and analysis

The output includes live matches where rights allow, highlights packages, tactical analysis and interviews with players and coaches. Sports rights in North Africa are sold by competition and by territory, which is why a channel's fixture list changes from season to season.

Part of the Nessma group

Nessma is one of Tunisia's private broadcasters, built by the Karoui brothers with Mediaset as a partner and relaunched as Nessma El Jadida in 2022. A sports service under that brand draws on the group's production capacity and its existing audience.

Tunisia and the Maghreb

The channel's audience extends across the Maghreb, where Tunisian, Algerian and Moroccan clubs compete in the same competitions and the same satellite footprint. That regional reach is what makes sports rights worth buying for a broadcaster of this size.
