HK Buddhist Education Foundation Live Stream

HK Buddhist Education Foundation - the Hong Kong Buddhist Education Association, known by its initials AMTB - broadcasts Pure Land Buddhist teaching around the clock from Hong Kong. The channel exists to spread the dharma as taught for decades by Venerable Master Chin Kung, whose lectures built a worldwide following across the Chinese-speaking world.

Viewers follow AMTB for Master Chin Kung's recorded lectures, the sutra teachings of the Pure Land tradition, and the nianfo chanting that anchors the practice.

Lectures, Sutras and Chanting

The schedule is built from Master Chin Kung's extensive recorded teachings - verse-by-verse lectures on the Infinite Life Sutra and the Amitabha Sutra - alongside Buddha-name chanting sessions (nianfo), morning and evening ceremonies, and dharma talks by the association's monastics. Major festivals of the Buddhist calendar bring special live transmissions.

A Classroom Without Walls

The foundation treats television as education rather than broadcast: dharma as teaching, delivered around the clock to whoever tunes in. Its web platforms and live streams carry the mission the association describes in its own charter - spreading the Buddha's teaching as education for all beings, through technology.

About AMTB

Founded in 1998 and following the guidance of Master Chin Kung, the association runs its Hong Kong studio as one node of a worldwide Pure Land teaching network. For Chinese-speaking Buddhists from Hong Kong to the diaspora, AMTB keeps the dharma on screen around the clock - the lecture, the sutra and the chant.
