NPO 1 online - Television live

NPO 1 Live Stream

NPO 1 is the flagship channel of Dutch public broadcasting and the oldest television service in the Netherlands, tracing its history back to the first NTS broadcasts of 2 October 1951. It remains the country's main general-interest channel, the place where national events, big entertainment and the most-watched news bulletin all come together.

The Nation's Shared Screen

The evening belongs to the NOS Journaal at eight, the bulletin that has anchored Dutch television news for generations, followed by current affairs from EenVandaag. Sundays in season end with NOS Studio Voetbal, the football round-up that is practically a national ritual. When the country gathers - royal occasions, commemorations, major football tournaments - it does so on this Dutch TV channel.

Entertainment Everyone Talks About

NPO 1 carries the NPO's biggest audience formats: the celebrity game of deception Wie is de Mol?, hosted by Rik van de Westelaken, the dating phenomenon Boer zoekt Vrouw with Yvon Jaspers, and the baking competition Heel Holland Bakt. Together they regularly produce the highest ratings in the country.

Live Alongside the Archive
