Radio TV Basse-Terre Live Stream

Radio TV Basse-Terre (RTVBT) is a local broadcaster from Basse-Terre, the administrative capital of Guadeloupe, combining a community radio station with an online television channel. Working in French, it produces general-interest programming focused on local information, culture, entertainment and community life on the island.

Community radio and television from the capital

The service operates as radio-television: its radio stream runs alongside a live video channel, and both carry news from Basse-Terre and the surrounding communes. Its output includes interviews with local figures, coverage of municipal events — from town-hall ceremonies to cultural festivals such as “Fo an Fanmi” at Vieux-Habitants — and features on Basse-Terrians making their mark, from local athletes to artisans.

An active local newsroom

RTVBT maintains an up-to-date video presence through its YouTube channel and website, publishing reports and interviews from the communes of the Basse-Terre area. For a territory where national networks offer little airtime to local life, the channel serves as one of the island's hyper-local media voices.
