KVTN-DT 25.1 Live Stream

KVTN-DT 25.1 is a religious television station licensed to Pine Bluff, Arkansas, and the flagship of the Victory Television Network (VTN), a viewer-supported Christian broadcaster. Transmitting on virtual channel 25 for the Little Rock–Pine Bluff market, the station carries a schedule built around Bible teaching, gospel music and ministry programs produced in Arkansas.

A Church-Based Network from Little Rock

Victory Television Network is the broadcasting arm of the Little Rock–based Agape Church and is operated by Victory Television Network, Inc. The network signed on the air on December 1, 1988, founded by pastors Howard “Happy” Caldwell II and Jeanne Caldwell, who had co-founded Agape Church in 1979 and developed the television ministry from the church's own production facilities. Although the VTN stations hold commercial licenses, the network runs as a non-profit entity funded by contributions from its audience, and it remains the only Christian-oriented television network headquartered in Arkansas. Its offices, production facilities and network operations are located on the Agape Church campus on Napa Valley Drive in western Little Rock.

Three Stations, One Signal

KVTN-DT broadcasts with an effective radiated power of 725 kilowatts and is joined by two full-power satellites carrying the same schedule across the state: KVTH-DT, channel 26 in Hot Springs, on the air since April 1995, and KVTJ-DT, channel 48 in Jonesboro, broadcasting since June 1998. VTN programming is also carried on more than 225 cable systems across Arkansas, and through over-the-air, cable and satellite distribution the three stations reach roughly 1.2 million homes in Arkansas, western Tennessee, the Missouri bootheel and portions of northwestern Mississippi. Beyond its broadcast footprint, the network's schedule is distributed online as a live stream.

National Teaching Ministries

Much of the broadcast day is devoted to nationally syndicated ministry programs acquired under time-brokerage agreements. The lineup includes Joel Osteen with Lakewood Church with Joel Osteen, Kenneth Copeland's Believer's Voice of Victory, Joyce Meyer's Enjoying Everyday Life, Joseph Prince's Destined to Reign, James Robison's Life Today, Andrew Wommack's The Gospel Truth, Jesse Duplantis with Voice of the Covenant and Marilyn Hickey's Today with Marilyn and Sarah. The teaching ministry of Dr. Charles Stanley, In Touch, airs in both a daily half-hour edition and a weekly one-hour version.

News, Talk and Gospel Music

Faith-oriented news and talk programs complement the teaching block: The 700 Club, CBN Newswatch and Christian World News cover current events from a Christian perspective, while Your Health with Dr. Richard and Cindy Becker addresses medical and wellness topics. Gospel music holds a regular place in the lineup through the Gaither Homecoming Hour and Great American Gospel.

Original Production from Arkansas

VTN produces its own programs in its Little Rock studios. Arkansas Alive, the network's flagship interview and biblical teaching program, is hosted by founder Happy Caldwell, who also fronts the weekly Happy Caldwell Ministries broadcast, while co-founder Jeanne Caldwell presents In His Presence, a gospel music and teaching program. Other Arkansas ministries contribute Words to Empower, hosted by Pastor Frank H. Stewart of the North Little Rock–based Agape Community Temple of Servants; 2CYR TV, presented by Perry Black of the Bryant-based Second Chance Youth Ranch, which profiles young people in the state's foster care and adoption system; and Heart of a Servant, hosted by Apostle Craig and Pastor Sheryl Banks of Canaan Christian Center in Pine Bluff.

Programs for Children

Faith-based children's series that meet U.S. children's television requirements air in a weekday mid-afternoon block and on Saturday mornings from 6:00 to 7:30. The lineup includes Dr. Wonder's Workshop, Kids Like You and Donkey Ollie.
