Berat TV was a Turkish Islamic television channel operated within the Yıldız Media Group. It described its editorial line as following the Ahl al-Sunnah tradition and presented religious and family-oriented programming. The station is closed and no longer broadcasts.

Religious teaching and devotional content

Berat TV’s schedule included religious sermons and sohbet talks (religious conversations) by teachers, as well as ilahi hymns (devotional songs). The channel also broadcast explanations of scientific questions and programmes about history. These formats formed the central part of its religious and educational output.

Family and public-affairs programmes

The former channel’s programming also included current-affairs discussions, family programmes and children’s broadcasts. Its stated intention was to offer content for viewers watching together with their families. Berat TV carried its programming on Türksat 4A for a period, before that satellite distribution ended.

A closed Turkish religious channel

Berat TV’s broadcast service has ended. Its history is part of Turkey’s online television record, but the channel should be understood as a former broadcaster rather than a current live service. Its known output combined religious instruction, devotional music, historical subjects and family-focused programmes.
