Qatar TV The Holy Quran Live Stream

Qatar TV The Holy Quran - قناة قطر للقرآن الكريم - is the dedicated Quran channel of Qatar Media Corporation. It was announced on 16 February 2026 and went on air on the first day of Ramadan that year, part of the corporation's Ramadan plan and of its wider strategy of expanding specialised channels.

Twenty-four hours of recitation

The channel broadcasts recitations of the Quran and complete readings, khatmas, around the clock. During Ramadan it adds the Taraweeh prayer live every night of the month. Sound and picture quality are treated as a priority, with the output aimed at viewers both inside Qatar and abroad.

Qatari voices in focus

The corporation says the channel gives particular attention to Qatari reciters, presenting them as models of accomplished recitation and reflecting the state's commitment to the Quran. Every recitation was selected with care and passed a technical and religious review before broadcast, so that the text and its performance are delivered correctly.

The people behind it

The launch was presented by Sheikh Khalid bin Abdulaziz bin Jassim Al Thani, chief executive of Qatar Media Corporation, who described it as a strategic step in the corporation's plan to grow purposeful specialised channels. Ali Saleh Al-Sada, director of Qatar TV, called it a qualitative addition to the corporation's family of channels and radio stations, with work carried out in stages under the channel's own strategic plan. The project sits inside Qatar National Vision 2030 and the corporation's religious media remit.
