EWTN Poland - EWTN Polska - is the Polish-language service of the Eternal Word Television Network, the Catholic broadcaster founded by Mother Angelica in the United States in 1981 and now present in dozens of languages. The Polish channel carries the network's teaching and devotional programming, together with material produced in Poland.

A Polish voice within a global network

EWTN's model is to give local churches access to a shared library and to add their own production on top. EWTN Polska follows that pattern: the network's catechesis, documentaries and lives of the saints sit alongside Polish programming, and the site is organised by subject rather than by schedule alone - W Bibliotece Wartości (In the Library of Values), Idźcie na cały świat (Go into all the world), Publicystyka and Historia, with a section titled Opowiadamy Polskę w świecie - we tell Poland's story to the world.

Prayer and adoration

The devotional core is explicit: the channel carries Mass, the rosary and adoration, and the site keeps a section for adoration and a place to send prayer intentions, including a form for the faithful departed. It also runs a pastoral service for the anniversaries of the dead, reflecting the importance of remembrance in Polish Catholic practice.

Production and support

EWTN Polska produces its own journalism and historical programming alongside the network's material, and it is supported by donations, with volunteering and fundraising run through the site. The channel broadcasts by satellite and cable in Poland and streams online, and its programmes are also published on its video channel.
