Nour Al Koddass Live Stream

Nour Al Koddass - نور القداس, the Light of the Mass - is the channel of Tele Lumiere devoted to the liturgy. Where the network's main channels mix worship with teaching, culture and news, this one does a single thing: it carries the Mass.

Continuous liturgy

The channel broadcasts the Divine Liturgy and the services of the Eastern Catholic churches through the day, from parishes and monasteries in Lebanon and from the network's own chapel. The Maronite liturgy, with its Syriac heritage, has a central place, alongside the services of other churches in communion with Rome. For viewers who cannot reach a church - the elderly, the sick, those living far from a parish - it offers the possibility of joining the Mass at the hour they can.

A practical channel

A liturgy channel is a working instrument rather than an entertainment service, and its audience uses it that way: in the morning for the day's first Mass, in the evening for the closing service, and for the feasts of the Church's calendar, when the schedule expands to cover the long vigils and processions. The network publishes the times with the rest of its programming.

Inside Tele Lumiere

Nour Al Koddass belongs to the family of the Maronite Patriarchate's broadcaster, alongside Noursat, Nour Al Sharq and Noursat English. The channels share the same satellite and streaming distribution, and the liturgy carried on this one supplies material for the others.
