Medjugorje Italia TV Live Stream

Medjugorje Italia TV is an Italian-language broadcaster devoted to the shrine of Medjugorje, in Herzegovina, one of the most visited Catholic pilgrimage sites in the world. It carries the liturgies and prayer services of the shrine live, for Italians who cannot make the journey.

Prayer from the shrine

The channel's day follows the shrine's own rhythm: the evening Mass, the Rosary before it, adoration and the prayer meetings that draw pilgrims to the village. Its cameras stay at Medjugorje rather than in a studio, so the viewer sees the services as the pilgrims gathered there see them - which is the point of the channel for an audience that has either been and wishes to return, or has never been and follows from a distance.

A shrine with a global audience

Medjugorje has drawn pilgrims since reports of apparitions in 1981, and it now receives visitors in the hundreds of thousands each year from Italy, Ireland, Poland, the Americas and Asia. Channels such as this one serve the diaspora of devotion: they carry the same liturgies in Italian, alongside the many other language services run from and about the shrine.

Watching

Medjugorje Italia TV broadcasts in standard definition and streams in higher quality from its own server, with a live player and a schedule on its site. Its programmes are also published on its video channels, where the liturgies and the shrine's events are collected.
