DR3 online - Television live

DR3 Live Stream

DR3 was launched by DR, Denmark's public broadcaster, in January 2013 as a service aimed at viewers aged 15–39. It replaced DR HD and the DR Mama youth platform, and its original brief was to offer topical programming for a younger audience. The channel's profile combined entertainment with stories and formats centered on subjects discussed by young Danes.

Factual themes and entertainment

DR3's programming included science, technology, music, humour, sport and fiction. These genres range from explanatory formats and cultural coverage to comedy and scripted shows. DR also described DR3 as a place for emerging talent and new formats, giving younger presenters and creators room to develop programmes for the channel's audience.

DR's digital television service

DR presents television online through DRTV, its streaming service with live and on-demand programmes, news, documentaries, series and sport. This online television platform extends the public broadcaster's output across its current channel portfolio. DR3's original identity is associated with youth-focused content and its 2013 launch, while DRTV is where DR organizes its present digital viewing offer.
