Tolk Live Stream

Tolk, Толк in Russian, is the television channel of the Barnaul news outlet of the same name, covering the city and the Altai region. It works from the regional capital and publishes a full broadcast schedule on its site alongside the live player.

News Programming

The channel's daily information programme is Den s Tolkom, broadcast on weekdays at 06:30, 07:30, 08:30, 09:30, 15:30, 19:30, 22:30 and 00:30. That rhythm, with bulletins tied to the start and end of the working day, is the backbone of the schedule.

Reporting follows the affairs of Barnaul and the surrounding districts: municipal decisions, transport, utilities, the economy and social questions. The newsroom works together with the written service at tolknews.ru, which publishes the same stories in text form.

Documentaries and Lectures

Beyond the bulletins, the schedule is filled with documentary and educational material. Recent listings include Zhivaya Detskaya Kniga Altaya, a programme on children's literature from the region, the science series Tochka Nauki, and Kulturny Marafon, which carries lectures on biology and museum collections.

History features in Lektsiya Ekskursiya, with episodes on the Vologda Kremlin and the Uralkhimmash plant, and in Zagadki Veka, a documentary series on historical mysteries.

Access

Tolk broadcasts in high definition and streams continuously through its own site, where the live signal sits next to the schedule. Programmes are also published on YouTube, where the channel runs live streams, and on Rutube.
