Dotto TV is a Romanian regional news channel serving Constanța and the Dobrogea region. It was founded in 2013, when it obtained its licence from the National Audiovisual Council, and has since grown alongside the community it covers.

Editorial Approach

The station describes itself as a source of concise and impartial video news and analysis. Its stated method is to extract the essential and compress correct information into a short form, delivered promptly and with meaning, on the principle that quality is not sacrificed for speed.

Its mission, in its own words, is to be the credible voice of the Dobrogea community: verified information, presented impartially, in accessible video formats. The channel sets out three values, fact-checking before publication, even-handed treatment of every angle without political or group preference, and speed with context.

Coverage

The schedule and site are organised by section: Actualitate for breaking news, Interne and Externe, Sport, Politică, Sănătatea la zi and Utilitare for practical information.

Recent reporting has covered consumer protection checks in Constanța that closed three food shops temporarily, the search for a person missing from a fishing vessel conducted by ARSVOM, diesel smuggling and illegal fishing raids in two communes, and plans by Confort Urban to modernise local banks with recycled materials. Sport follows Farul and the region's clubs, and utility items carry the practical information residents need.

Broadcasting

Dotto TV broadcasts from Constanța and streams live through its own website, where the player sits alongside the newsroom's output, and it publishes video on YouTube in high resolution.
