Conecta2 TV is a Peruvian news channel based in the Surco district of Lima, broadcasting under the slogan "Conéctate tú también" — "Connect yourself too". The channel reports national politics, regional affairs and major public events in Spanish, and has built its distribution around cable operators across Peru rather than a single terrestrial signal.

National reach through cable

Conecta2 TV describes itself as an innovative channel that has expanded to more than 100 cities across Peruvian territory. That reach was demonstrated during the country's 2026 regional and municipal elections, when the channel carried live coverage of the municipal debates and, by its own account, arrived in every part of Peru through agreements with more than 250 cable companies — a distribution model that gives a Lima-based newsroom a genuinely national footprint.

Politics, regions and big national events

The channel's reporting spans the political agenda and the concerns of Peru's regions. Its news desk has covered infrastructure projects in Cusco, including the Cachimayo storm-drainage works and preparation for the rainy season, and municipal politics in Lima districts such as La Victoria. Interviews with senior political figures form part of the output — among them analysis from Jorge del Castillo, the former prime minister and former mayor of Lima, on the post-election landscape and security policy.

For major national events the channel mounts extended live coverage: it announced an exceptional journalistic deployment for the arrival of the Pope in Peru, transmitting the visit live. Alongside television, Conecta2 operates a news website and a live radio stream from its Lima base.
