PSN Canal 45.2 Live Stream

PSN Canal 45.2, known as Expresión Ciudadana, is a distinct programming service within the PSN television operation in Tijuana, Baja California. Mexico’s Federal Telecommunications Institute identifies it as the 45.2 service of XHBJ TDT and lists it separately from channel 45.1, La Voz del Pueblo. The regulator’s filing describes this as a separately programmed channel operated by the concessionaire, Media Sports de México. PSN maintains an official page dedicated to the 45.2 signal.

A separate channel identity

PSN’s channel map gives 45.1 and 45.2 different names and marks. The regulator lists 45.2 as Expresión Ciudadana, giving the service its own identity within the same broadcaster. PSN’s official live page also presents the two numbered services separately. The 45.2 name therefore identifies a specific programming service and keeps it distinct from the 45.1 feed, La Voz del Pueblo.

News, debate, and cultural programming

In the regulatory filing for the service, the licensee described its proposed programming as consisting mainly of news, debate, cultural content, and magazine formats. The document presents Expresión Ciudadana as an independently programmed service within the local multiplex. It also lists the channel as standard definition, distinguishing its technical profile from the high definition feed assigned to PSN 45.1.

The regional PSN newsroom

The channel belongs to PSN, or Primer Sistema de Noticias, a media group with roots in Baja California. PSN says its television producer creates news and investigative programmes, political analysis, cultural and medical content, and other subjects of social interest. The company describes its work as regional, with television studios in Tijuana and San Diego and reporting sections for Tijuana, Mexicali, and Tecate. This local base gives Expresión Ciudadana a clear place within a wider Baja California news network while retaining its own channel name and programming identity.
