Palestine Al Yawm online - Television live

Palestine Al Yawm Live Stream

Palestine Al Yawm, known in English as Palestine Today, is an Arabic-language television channel licensed in London and devoted to the Palestinian cause. Its own description sets out the scope of that work: the issue is treated in its national, Arab, Islamic and humanitarian dimensions, rather than as a single news beat.

The channel presents itself as the channel of all Palestine, a phrasing that reflects its attempt to cover the whole of Palestinian life, from Gaza and the West Bank to the refugee communities and the diaspora.

News and Reporting

The core of the schedule is news from Palestine. Bulletins and rolling reports cover military developments, casualties and humanitarian conditions, with figures issued by the health ministry in Gaza and monitoring groups in the West Bank carried in the channel's output.

Field reporting follows events in the towns and villages of the West Bank, including raids, arrests and attacks on farmers during the olive harvest, alongside coverage of conditions in Jerusalem.

Analysis and Opinion

The channel publishes commentary and analysis on Palestinian politics and on the wider region, including the effects of foreign elections on the Palestinian question. Articles and studio discussions examine Israeli domestic politics, regional alignments and the diplomatic record, from the Balfour Declaration to present negotiations.

Programming on the Website

Palestine Al Yawm maintains a news portal alongside its broadcast, with sections for reports, articles and advertisements. The site carries the live signal and an archive of written material, and extracts are distributed through the channel's YouTube account.
