Orient TV Live Stream

Orient TV is the Syrian opposition's best-known and most-watched broadcaster - founded in Dubai in 2009 by the businessman Ghassan Aboud, and transformed by the Syrian revolution into the voice of the uprising against the Assad government.

The Revolution's Channel

The grid is built on Syrian news: rolling coverage of the conflict's fronts and its aftermath, talk shows with opposition figures, analysts and activists, human rights documentation programs preserving the record for the courts to come, and reporting from inside Syria by correspondents working at real and constant personal risk.

From Dubai to a New Syria

Orient broadcast the uprising when Syrian state TV still denied it existed. After the fall of the Assad government in December 2024, the channel that covered fourteen long years of war turned to covering a country's reconstruction - and moved its gaze, and eventually its studios, home.

The Diaspora's Newsroom

The channel runs its newsroom around the clock. An Orient live evening is the main bulletin, the political debate and the report from Aleppo or Idlib in one sitting - Syrian journalism that refused to be silenced, now broadcasting into the country it helped to change.
