Canal 13 Live Stream
13C (Canal 13 Cable) is a Chilean television channel owned and operated by Canal 13 S.A. Eleodoro Rodríguez Matte, executive director in 1995, decides to internationalize the most watched station at a national level. For this, he initiates the creation of two parallel frequencies to the open signal: international signal, via satellite; and Signal 3, via cable. Canal 13 is a privately owned Chilean broadcast television channel. It began broadcasting on August 21, 1959 on frequency 2 in Santiago, in a transmission led by a group of engineers from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Subsequently, the frequency was changed to channel 13, which gave rise to its current name. In its beginnings, one of its most important milestones, which gave the real kick-off to this new media, was the transmission of the 1962 World Soccer Championship, held in Chile.
