TV Severka is the regional television of northern Slovakia, serving Žilina and its surroundings since March 2013 as a station of the Slov Media Group.

The channel's schedule is anchored by its daily Správy news programme - first aired at 17:00 and replayed through the day - with the rest of the grid built on the region's cultural and community life.

Severka's reporting follows the cultural calendar of the Žilina region - exhibition openings, the Allegretto Žilina festival of concert music and the city's traditional fairs - alongside sport from local events to the European Paracycling Cup, crime and municipal news. The Impresie strand carries the channel's feature-length impressions of the region's people and places.

Severka is a member of the Slov Media Group and of the LOTOS association, and operates alongside its own news site and video archive - a compact regional station covering one of Slovakia's key northern cities.
