ANTV Live Stream

ANTV is one of Indonesia's national private television networks - officially on air nationally since 1 March 1993, after its broadcast license was granted on 1 January 1993.

From Local Stations to National Network

Because private television in Indonesia was then restricted to local broadcasting, the founders began with local stations before winning national reach. The network is operated by PT Cakrawala Andalas Televisi from the Convergence Building in South Jakarta's Rasuna Epicentrum.

The Home of Indian Series

ANTV became a national phenomenon as the Indonesian home of Indian television: series such as Mahabharata drew massive audiences, alongside Indonesian drama series, dangdut music shows and entertainment formats.

Ownership

The channel belongs to the Visi Media Asia group within the Bakrie family's conglomerate; Rupert Murdoch's News Corporation once took a stake in the station, promising no layoffs when it invested.
