KTV Sport Plus Live Stream

KTV Sport Plus is the sports channel of Kuwait Television (KTV), the state broadcaster under the Kuwaiti Ministry of Information. Broadcasting from Kuwait, it covers local and international sport.

The Gulf's Oldest Broadcasting House

Kuwait Television is one of the oldest broadcasting houses of the Gulf: television came to Kuwait in 1951, with the official state broadcast beginning on 15 November 1961 from eastern Kuwait City - the second television service in the Gulf. Its first colour broadcast came with the first Gulf Cup in Bahrain, and its early presenters - names such as Salem Al-Fahd, Jassem Al-Shahab and Basima Suleiman - built Gulf television from its first days.

Kuwaiti Leagues on Screen

KTV Sport Plus covers the local leagues of Kuwait in football, basketball, volleyball and other sports, alongside the big international tournaments broadcast for Kuwaiti audiences. The channel signal runs through the Ministry of Information's online service, carrying Kuwait's sport to viewers at home and across the Gulf.
