Vmeste-RF (Вместе-РФ) is the parliamentary television channel of the Federation Council, the upper chamber of the Federal Assembly of Russia. A federal state medium established by the Council, it began broadcasting on 27 April 2013 - the Day of Russian Parliamentarism - as the first parliamentary television channel in Russia.

Viewers follow Vmeste-RF for Federation Council proceedings, senators' activities and coverage of the regions of the Russian Federation.

Vmeste-RF Programs

Новости Совета Федерации is the weekly news programme of the upper chamber's working days, and Сказано в Сенате carries the main themes and the country's important laws from the senators and experts themselves. The interview strand Актуальное интервью puts senators, officials and scientists on the record, while the programme Сенат hosts the lawmakers, ministers, regional leaders and company heads behind each bill.

The regions run through the grid: Вместе с регионами packs the news of the republics, krais, oblasts and okrugs into five minutes, and Знакомьтесь — сенатор introduces the members of the Federation Council at work and beyond it.

The First Parliamentary Channel

On air since 27 April 2013, the channel carries live broadcasts of the Council's sessions beside its own journalism: news of the regions and of foreign parliaments, educational and popular-science programmes, documentary strands and special reports on the life of the country. The channel renewed its logo and on-air look for the first time in November 2020 - the parliamentary screen of Russia, from the Senate's chamber to the regions.
