Huzur TV Live Stream

Huzur TV - Хузур ТВ - describes itself as the first Muslim television channel in Russia with round-the-clock religious broadcasting. It works from Kazan in Tatarstan, the centre of Tatar Islam, and produces its programmes in Russian and Tatar.

Teaching in two languages

The channel's day is built on instruction. Programmes explain the obligations of the faith - the rules of zakat, the conditions of fasting, the etiquette of prayer - in short, digestible episodes rather than long lectures, so that a viewer can follow a single subject in a quarter of an hour. Religious scholars appear in interview formats, and the Tatar-language programmes address the same material for viewers who follow the faith in their native language.

Beyond the strictly religious

Huzur TV carries a wider brief than purely devotional broadcasting. Its grid includes educational programmes, popular-science material, and children's shows and animation, alongside the sermons and teaching. That mix reflects the channel's purpose: to present Muslim life as a whole - belief, manners, family and learning - rather than to broadcast prayer alone.

From Kazan

The channel is edited in Kazan; its editor-in-chief is I. K. Nashirbanov and its editorial office works from the Tatarstan capital. Its programming is distributed by satellite and cable operators in the republic and across Russia, and it runs its own player on its site, where the full schedule and programme archive are published.
