Erdélyi TV Live Stream

Erdelyi TV is the Hungarian-language television channel of Transylvania, broadcasting from Targu Mures with news, culture and entertainment for Romania's Hungarian community.

Hungarian Television from Transylvania

Erdelyi TV, the Transylvanian Hungarian Television, serves the Hungarian community of Transylvania: the cities and villages of the Szeklerland and the wider region where Hungarian has been spoken for a thousand years. Broadcasting in Hungarian from Targu Mures, it is the community's own screen.

Hirado and the Szeklerland

The schedule is anchored by Hirado, the news program covering the community's life: local politics, the Hungarian institutions of Romania and the events of the Szeklerland. Cultural magazines, talk programs and documentaries on Transylvania's history and traditions fill the evening hours, with entertainment formats on the weekends.

A Thousand Years of Hungarian

The grid combines the news cycle with programs on the community's institutions - its churches, schools and associations - folk culture features from the Szekler villages and event coverage of the Hungarian festivals across the region. The channel works in close contact with Hungarian public media in Budapest.

A Community Newsroom

Programs are made by the channel's Targu Mures team and correspondents across the Szeklerland. Working in Hungarian for a community beyond Hungary's borders, the newsroom is both a local station and a bridge across the border.

The Community's Own Screen

Erdelyi TV live streaming keeps Transylvania's Hungarian channel on screen at any hour - live television from Targu Mures for the Szeklerland and beyond.
