Sanskar Web TV Live Stream

Sanskar Web TV is the internet service of the Sanskar group, the Indian devotional broadcaster. Where the group's linear channels keep broadcast hours, this one streams continuously - which is how devotional audiences actually watch: when they are free, not when a programme is scheduled.

What it carries

The schedule is built on katha and on music: a teacher working through a scripture across many episodes, bhajans and kirtan between them, aartis and the readings of the day. Because a katha runs for weeks, the continuous stream lets a viewer join at any hour and follow the thread from where they left it.

Inside the group

Sanskar TV is one of India's most popular devotional broadcasters, with a schedule built on spiritual, religious and wellness programming: katha and discourse, bhajan and kirtan, aarti, yoga and Ayurveda. The group runs several services, which this post describes in turn.

Watching

Sanskar Web TV streams through the group's CloudFront delivery and sits in the Sanskar app beside the linear channels, so its audience can move between the two without leaving the same service.
