Hosanna TV Live Stream

Hosanna TV is a Tamil-language Christian channel whose name comes from the acclamation that greeted Christ's entry into Jerusalem. It carries worship, praise and faith-based programmes for Tamil-speaking viewers in India and the diaspora.

What the channel carries

The schedule is built on worship music and on the preaching that surrounds it: Tamil gospel songs and praise bands, sermons from local pastors, testimonies, and programmes on Christian living and family life. Its register is warm and congregational - closer to a church service than to a studio show - which is what its audience looks for in devotional television.

Tamil Christian broadcasting

Tamil Nadu and Chennai in particular have one of India's densest Christian media scenes, with channels belonging to churches, ministries and independent broadcasters. Hosanna TV works in that field, and its Tamil-language output is what allows it to reach both the state and the large Tamil diaspora in Sri Lanka, Malaysia, the Gulf and the West.

Watching

Hosanna TV broadcasts in standard definition and streams through the MS Livestream platform. Its programmes are also published on its video channel.
