Aadinath TV is a Hindi-language Jain television channel, named for Adinatha, the first Tirthankara. Its mission, stated on its site, is to advance the Jain tirtha - the pilgrimage places - and to teach young Jains the spiritual way of life.

What the channel carries

The schedule is built around the things a Jain household needs: Panchang, the calendar of auspicious days and timings, Kalyanak listings for the great events in the lives of the Tirthankaras, pilgrimage features from the tirthas, and devotional songs and teaching on Jain philosophy - nonviolence, restraint and the many-sidedness of truth.
