Nabawi TV Live Stream

Nabawi TV is an Indonesian Islamic channel based in Jakarta and aligned with Ahlussunnah wal Jamaah teaching. It is operated by PT Irstin Nabawy Indonesia, and its name refers to the prophetic qualities the station aims to reflect in its output.

The schedule is built around religious study rather than general entertainment. Live kajian sessions run through the week, alongside recorded lectures, Qur'an recitation and short programmes for children.

Kitab Studies and Live Kajian

Kajian Kitab Nashoihul 'Ibad works through the classical collection of admonitions by Imam Al-Mahajus Sawy, presented by Habib Fahmi bin Hamid Assegaf. Kajian Kitab Al-Kaba'ir takes Al-Imam Ad-Dzahabi's study of major sins with Ustadz Faris Baswedan, and Kajian Kitab Risalatul Muawanah follows the ethical handbook with Habib Muhammad Al-Habsyi.

Fiqh and akhlak sessions feature Habib Ahmad Mujtaba Shahab, while Habib Geys Assegaf and Habib Alwi bin Al-Habsyi appear in lectures on worship, zikir and family life. The channel also produces Dialog discussions, Liputan reports from religious events and Syair readings.

Qur'an Recitation and Children's Programmes

Qiraatul Qur'an Riwayat Hafs 'an 'Ashim presents recitation in the Hafs transmission, read by Sayyid Hadi bin Nagib Syech Abubakar and released in juz-by-juz instalments. Sketsa Safinatunnajah is an animated series explaining the fiqh of worship to younger viewers, including the rules of wudhu.

From the Middle East to Jakarta

The founders trace the project to Irtsun Nabawi TV, an Islamic channel that built an audience in the Middle East. Its results encouraged the creation of a separate Indonesian service for Muslim families in the archipelago.

The stated aims are taklim, tarbiyah and tabligh: teaching, character formation and outreach. The channel describes its approach as wasathiyah, or moderate, and says editorial decisions are reviewed by religious teachers.
