Kanshi TV Live Stream

Kanshi TV is a British channel made for the Ravidassia community, broadcasting in Punjabi and English and working from London. Its schedule follows the religious and cultural life of the community rather than a general Asian entertainment format.

Gurbani and Kirtan

Devotional content is the centre of the channel. Recordings of Gurbani from Guru Ravidass and kirtan from community singers run through the day, and the major anniversaries in the Ravidassia calendar receive extended coverage from temples in Britain and abroad.

Discourses explain the teaching associated with Guru Ravidass and place it in the wider tradition of the Bhakti movement, with speakers drawn from the community's religious centres.

Ambedkar's Legacy

Dr B. R. Ambedkar has a firm place in the programming. Documentaries and talks deal with his writings, his work on the constitution of India and his call for the emancipation of Dalit communities, and the channel marks his birth anniversary each year.

Community and Culture

News segments cover events in British Ravidassia organisations, education and welfare initiatives, and the activities of youth groups. Cultural programming features Punjabi music and poetry, alongside interviews with writers and community figures.

Broadcasting

Kanshi TV is distributed through its own website and a mobile application, and is carried by British Asian television platforms. The channel publishes its schedule online and keeps an archive of past programmes.
