LA Snapshot! Live Stream

LA Snapshot! is the City of Los Angeles' magazine series on LA Cityview 35, the municipal channel that turns the city's own camera on its neighborhoods, events and attractions.

The City's Own Highlights Reel

Where LA Cityview's schedule is built on council meetings and city business, LA Snapshot is the lighter side of the same signal: segments on cultural events, profiles of neighborhoods from San Pedro to Studio City, features on attractions and the civic life that fills the city's calendar. The program is Los Angeles explaining itself to itself, block by block.

One Channel, Two Missions

The series runs on the government-access channel operated by the city, so the same dial that carries live council coverage also carries the magazine show about the ribbon cuttings, festivals and public spaces those meetings create. LA Snapshot gives the channel's documentary side a home, alongside the city's video archive.

Streaming the City

LA Cityview's round-the-clock feed - including the magazine segments - streams live through the city's Cablecast video service, with programs archived on the channel's video platforms for on-demand viewing anywhere in the city of four million neighborhoods-watchers.
