RTC Tele Liege is the local television channel of the Liege region in Belgium, today broadcasting as Qu4tre Liege Media. A key player in Liege local television as RTC, the station continues to cover the life of the Liege province.

The Evening Grid, Hour by Hour

18H Le JT is the evening news edition, and Le 22H30 - Le journal de Vivre Ici is the late-evening news. Boost gourmand offers nutrition tips and recipes for families, and Meteo 4 rounds off the day with the local Liege weather forecast.

Weekday mornings since October 2017 have carried Le 6-8, the Vivacité Liège radio wake-up show, filmed and simulcast on the television channel.

From RTC to Qu4tre

The station traces its roots to RTC Canal Plus, a participatory cable experiment inspired by Canadian models, whose first broadcast went out on 26 February 1977 - an hour of Saturday-morning television made by Liège residents with the channel's equipment. In 1981 RTC joined RTBF Liège and Canal Emploi to found Liège Télé Câble, producing the daily regional newscast Liège Midi Trente; the channel was renamed Télé-Liège in 1988 and became RTC Télévision liégeoise after the partners withdrew in 1989.

Coverage was extended to the arrondissements of Huy and Waremme in 1995, making RTC Télé Liège the most-watched local channel in the French Community of Belgium; the channel switched to 16:9 on 19 March 2007. After the Fédération Wallonie-Bruxelles granted 1.2 million euros in 2021 for new premises at La Grand Poste, RTC Télé Liège changed its name on 4 September 2024, becoming Qu4tre Liège Média - the newest name for one of Belgian local television's veteran stations.
