Folklor TV Live Stream

Folklor TV is Bulgaria's television channel for folklore - a national channel devoted to the music, songs and dances of the country's ethnographic regions, from the Rhodope mountains to the Danube plain.

The channel's grid is built on performances by Bulgaria's great folklore ensembles - Filip Kutev, Pirin, Gotse Delchev and Naiden Kirov among them - and on the voices of the Mystery of Bulgarian Voices, the choir that carried Bulgarian singing to the world.

Folklore as a Television Genre

Alongside the ensembles, Folklor TV screens popular folk performers such as Nikolina Chakardakova, Guna Ivanova, Volodya Stoyanov and Rayko Kirilov, keeping traditional and modern folk sounds in continuous rotation - the first and, as it presents itself, the only national folklore channel in the country.
